How long does it take to process an order ?
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days excluding Sundays after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification email or message from a representative when your order has been processed. If you don't receive your confirmation within 1 working day of placing your order, please contact us.
What about shipping?
All orders are shipped from our store in Abuja depending on stock availability. Fabfeet has no control over these charges as our delivery service is outsourced to external logistics services. IThe following delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout:
- Same day delivery is available in Abuja if the order is placed before 2
- Standard Delivery to any part of Nigeria is via DHL or GIG Logistics and takes 2 - 7 working days depending on the location.
- We offer worldwide shipping via DHL to all countries around the world with an estimated delivery time frame of 5 - 15 working days.
If for any reason you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to receive it within seven days of purchase only IF the item(s) are unused or unworn and are returned in the original packing state.
For this to be effective, you must contact us within 48 hours of the shoe's arrival. We are also happy to exchange if the shoe size does not fit the buyer and the item purchased is still in its original packing state. All returns that are to be refunded are to be sent directly to our Head Office, Olive Plaza FF07, 22 Alexandra Crescent Wuse 2, Abuja at your own expense.
